This Privacy Policy explains how Keyline Home Buyers LLC (“Keyline,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit keylinehomebuyers.com (the “Site”), fill out a form, call us, or receive calls or text messages from us.

SMS and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

This does not limit sharing with service providers that help us operate our messaging and calling (for example, our phone and text-messaging carrier and CRM provider), who may use the information only to provide those services to us.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, mobile phone number, email address, the property address, details about the property and your situation, and anything else you share by form, phone, text or email.
• Consent records: whether you checked the SMS consent box, the exact consent wording shown to you, the date and time, the page you were on, and your IP address and browser type.
• Calls and messages: call recordings, call transcripts, and the content of text messages between you and us.
• Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the Site (for example, the ad or search campaign, using UTM parameters and click IDs).
• Cookies and similar tools: we use a first-party cookie to remember which campaign brought you to the Site for up to 30 days. If enabled, we also use the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics to measure site traffic and advertising results.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry, evaluate your property and prepare a written offer.
• To call and text you about your property inquiry, including appointment confirmations and offer follow-ups.
• To complete a purchase if you decide to move forward, working with a title company.
• To keep records of your consent and communication preferences, including opt-outs.
• To understand how our website and advertising perform and to improve them.
• To prevent spam, fraud and misuse, and to comply with the law.

Call recording

Calls with Keyline may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training and record-keeping. If you prefer not to be recorded, tell us at the start of the call and we'll find another way to help, such as email.

AI-assisted calls and texts

We use AI-assisted tools, including an AI voice assistant, to place and answer some calls and to help send and reply to text messages about your property inquiry. AI-assisted calls and texts are used only if you have given consent. You can ask to speak with a person at any time, and you can opt out of texts by replying STOP.

How we share information

• Service providers that help us run our business — such as our CRM (GoHighLevel), phone and text-messaging carriers, AI calling tools, website hosting and analytics — who may use it only to provide services to us.
• To complete a transaction you choose: if you move forward with a sale, we share the information needed to close with the title company and, if our contract is assigned (always disclosed to you in writing first), with the assigned buyer. Your mobile number and SMS consent are never shared for anyone's marketing.
• Advertising and analytics platforms (Meta and Google), which receive website activity and, for measuring ad results, hashed (scrambled) contact details when you submit a form.
• Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect our rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

• Text messages: reply STOP to any text to opt out. You'll get one message confirming you've opted out. Reply HELP for help.
• Calls: ask us on any call to stop calling, or email admin@keylinehomebuyers.com.
• Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can manage ad preferences in your Meta and Google account settings.
• Access or deletion: email admin@keylinehomebuyers.com to ask what information we hold about you or to ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law (such as consent and opt-out records).

How long we keep information

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above. Consent and opt-out records are kept for at least as long as required to demonstrate compliance with applicable laws.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
