These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of keylinehomebuyers.com (the “Site”) and to calls and text messages from Keyline Home Buyers LLC (“Keyline,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or our text program, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

Keyline Home Buyers LLC is a real estate investment company, not a licensed real estate brokerage. We may purchase properties directly or assign our interest in a purchase agreement to another buyer; any assignment is disclosed in writing before you sign.

No offer until it's in writing

Information on the Site is general and is not an offer to buy your property. An offer exists only when we give it to you in writing, and a sale happens only under a written purchase agreement signed by you and us. We don't guarantee any particular price, offer or closing date; closing timelines depend on title and other factors.

No fees

We do not charge you a commission or fee. We cover normal closing costs as spelled out in your written offer.

SMS Terms

• Program name: Keyline Home Buyers property updates.
• What you'll receive: appointment confirmations, offer follow-ups, and replies to your messages about your property inquiry. Messages may be automated or AI-assisted.
• How you join: by checking the SMS consent box on our website form, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To cancel: reply STOP to any message. You'll receive one final message confirming you're unsubscribed, and we'll stop texting you.
• For help: reply HELP, or email admin@keylinehomebuyers.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Calls, recordings and AI assistance

If you give consent, we may call you, including with automated and AI-assisted calls, about your property inquiry. Calls may be recorded and transcribed. You can ask to speak with a person, or ask us to stop calling, at any time.

Using the Site

Please give accurate information and use the Site only for lawful purposes. Don't submit information about a property or person you're not authorized to share, or try to disrupt or misuse the Site.

Educational content

Articles and other content on the Site are general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. Talk with a qualified professional about your situation.

Content ownership

The Site's text, design and logos belong to Keyline and may not be copied without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Keyline is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have that can't be limited by law, or any written agreement you sign with us.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
